The project involved the revitalization of a 117,188 square foot manufacturing property in the Belmont-Cragin neighborhood of Chicago. This multitenant food manufacturing complex offers each of its tenants an exclusive, turnkey food production space along with essential shared amenities. These amenities include flexible storage areas, packing areas, offices, and onsite logistics. The facility, which comprises 62 wholesale-ready kitchens, helps expanding food companies substantially reduce startup costs, time, and risks. The goal is to provide food manufacturers with top-quality space, at an affordable price, along with an expedited government approval process. The project creates jobs for the local community and helps local businesses conquer many of the hindrances that face a growing organization.
